This is a poem that I wrote in the back of my car while travelling back from Devon, England after a weeks holiday. At that moment I felt the urge to write something - anything - about how I was feeling, which ironically I didn't understand or know how to put into words. I still don't understand what I was feeling in that moment, however, I think this poem embraces that feeling of confusion, - especially as a teen - when still figuring out your identity and who you are as a human being. I hope you enjoy and I encourage any and every type of constructive feedback to help me improve my writing in the future.
