Please read full description as I explain the two possible sides to this prompt Helloo, Sorry I've been gone for awhile (I'm acting like people actually care about my account pahah) but I'm back now so yay?? :))) So this prompt is pretty self explanatory but I'll explain anyway. The protagonist is very against paranormal happenings and doesn't believe stuff like that could possibly be real- until they turn into a ghost themselves of course! You could expand this idea by going down the horror route if you wanted e.g. the protagonist was killed and now they're getting their own back on their killer. Is their negative and very destructive energy going to hurt their killer? Or are they going to get their own back and potentially KILL their murderer? If you want to opt for something a little more lighthearted then perhaps you could turn this into a more comical story. E.g. the protagonist has always gotten themselves into trouble and that doesn't change when he/she is dead. They somehow end up living with the alive but gets stuck in our world. He/she decide to make the most of it and live life as a human again and use their ghostly presence as an advantage. The protagonist starts off by doing amateur scaring but his/her antics escalate and now they're wanted for theft. Little do the police know they're chasing after a ghost and the protagonist can't get themselves caught as it is the n.o.1 rule that a ghost CANNOT let humans see them, otherwise they are banished from the underworld and become negative energy.
