Chapter 1: Aliya

This story is set during the Sixth Pass (AL 1508-1558) and is intended to parallel Moreta: Dragonlady of Pern from the perspective of "background" Gather guests.

A young girl and her parents attend Lord Alessan's first Gather at Ruatha and are thus witness to some of the events which follow, both good and ill. How will the little family fare?
