Ezra's never been good at staying out of trouble. In fact, trouble followed him everywhere he went-work, high school, outside his apartment. There was nothing he could do to avoid it except keep his mouth shut and take every hit thrown his way.

Then entered Levi Kallahan, who took it upon himself to save Ezra's bruised ass on more than one occasion. It came as no surprise when Ezra started to feel that Levi's help was only going to make things worse.

Especially when Ezra's tormentors start to catch on to the fact that maybe Levi thinks of Ezra as more than just a friend, and maybe Ezra's not too bothered by it.
