Like Mother, Like Son

A short-story I wrote for English class. Our assignment was to read a selection of short stories and then write our own based on one of them. The story I decided to base mine upon is called "Like Mother, Like Son" and is written by Pauline Cartledge. To understand my short story it's pretty important to have read her's so I included it as the first chapter. Luckily it's a mini-saga of only 50 words so it doesn't take long to read.

"Chin Up" is about a boy who gets sent to a boarding school by his mom. Hope you enjoy!
