Summary

Katniss Everdeen and her family have traveled from all the way from Salt Lake City, Utah to Los Angeles, California. She settles in and meets all of Annie's friends. There is one that she can't keep her eye off of, a blonde haired boy with ocean blue eyes. Will they become more than friends or will they remain just normal friends?
