Chapter 1

Even as a child, Ayame Uchiha's life never promises any signs of success. As the daughter of two of the Hidden Leaf's greatest shinobi, Ayame struggles to uphold the reputation her parents has set for their family. After losing them in the Uchiha Masacre and failing the academy numerous times, Ayame finally decides to take matters into her own hands. Now with the responsibility of taking care of her younger sister, Ayame endures her own training with a single goal in mind; to become a great shinobi and return respect to the Uchiha name. Unexpected bonds form while others are lost as she begins her journey to success while the demon beast hiding within her grows stronger.
