( this is one of my first fan fiction so sorry if it bad) to all of the fans of dr. fulg he kinda seems like a cinnamons roll. with a dark mad scientist side of course. and no one really know what could be under the paper hat. so he could be anyone. even a boy name midoriya izuku. this is a story about a boy who was quirkless to one of the best evil scientists in the world.
