While her friend, Janine lives out on the west coast with a job working at the local radio station as a DJ but on the other hand her boyfriend Malik works for XXL magazine but he has no time for his girlfriend and barely comes home leaving her wondering is Love really worth it.

But when she calls up her friend Skye to take a trip to NYC she meets a gentleman while there, she finds that New York has a lot to offer but when her demanding boyfriend catches up to her trouble hits paradise.
