Vineet Singhaniya is the MD of Singhaniya industries. He's in love with his wife Mithi. This marriage of his isn't known to his family and they fix his wedding with Ruhana. He insults Ruhana on the wedding night and leaves for Mumbai. Ruhana tries to make the marriage work,but it didn't happen. She goes to Goa where she meets Mithi, who is her childhood friends. There, she tells her the truth about Vineet and things change. Mithi gets angry on him and so does Ruhana. Mithi is on the verge of dying.
