Nao and Nagi Tsukino are twins. But despite their identical appearances, their personalities couldn't be more different; Nagi has the energy of a hyper four year-old, while Nao is almost always calm.
When Nagi joins Ouran Academy's infamous Host Club as the "Friendly" type, Nao follows to try and ensure that his younger brother stays out of trouble. Though dealing with "the incomparable morons" is even more trouble for him than Nagi.
And both certainly never thought they'd find themselves falling for Hosts!
