why I write

This will get a little emotional so maybe this isn't for the light hearted.
there's not a lot of people who read what I write so I doubt anyone will read this I hope not this only to help me.
it might be really depressing and I don't want to worry any one or dump all of my negativity on anybody but sometimes it helps to know that if people do read this then at least I'm not keeping it all bottled up.
