Nara goes undercover around Ikebukuro, acting as a normal citizen during the day. Her one job is to keep the streets safe. But her personal mission is to put a stop to the true crimes that are going unseen and unheard of.

Most of these crimes somehow involve the strongest man in Ikebukuro and the flea that he despises.
