Dejounte has been judged almost all his life he is constantly fighting, taking trips to jail, he has bad communication skills and seems to have severe anger issues. Janae is just a regular girl who loves naps and Chinese food. She's kind and has a good heart, stubborn and always smiling but fears a broken heart and wasting her time. Jealousy spreads like wildfire and soon people begin to conspire against the two. Plots to break them up and even kill. A car mixup leaves Janae in the hospital comatose and her cousin dead.
