How could all this happen?
Jane is a homicide detective. Her mom hates her job, thinking that why can't Jane be more like Candy? Candy is Jane's snobby older sister. Her mom hates everything about Jane it seems. Her apartment, the fact she is single and 28, and her job. Jane tries to not let it bother her, she focuses on work instead. But what happens when she is put on the case involving her high school best friend and her kidnapping? Can Jane find out what really happened to Stacey or will she find her dead instead? And what happens when a new agent comes on the squad? Can Jane keep it all together to solve this case? Or will she be out of a job and her heart?
