Rayia Blackmoon is a firaian, a being that's a hybrid of a Neko and Tengu. They are born for special propose. Rayia is an orphan. She never knew her parents. Now that she had her transformation happened her life is going to be a lot more interesting. Then toss in Professor Pericles and the Scooby-Doo Gang.
