Ashes

Tara Webster was a simple Farm girl, coming to the Academy as a scullery maid. It was the 1840s, and ballet was becoming bigger in the world of leisure and entertainment. The National Academy of Dance was one of the first of its kind, promising to raise the best ballerinas of all time. Tara has dreams of secretly becoming one, but she doesn't count on how her status and role will affect her and her dreams. When friendship and love mixes with work, Tara is confused, and when an accident occurs, Tara loses everything she has worked so hard for. Can Tara rise up from the ashes?
