Prologue

Everything's been a mystery since it happened. No one spoke of it and no one thought of it. Everyone lived their lives as if nothing happened, they have all forgotten of the past, but it's still there, haunting one. The one man that no one likes, the one man everyone fears.

Tavia was left to fend for herself in the village of Brekka. She was nearly starved before he found her. He took her in, he cared for her like his own. Little did Tavia know the dangers he held, the dangers he would bring to her because of the past...
