Salamu is the gatekeeper of the multiverse. Residing in outer space, all existence transitions through him. He is darkness, and he negatively impacts the life force on nearby planets.

Gudanna is light, pure, and good. She was created to assist the planet of Ea, positioned to counteract Salamu's impact.

Everything seems in order until the two fall in love. What will this mean for their positions, and what will it do to life around them?

Salamu is a side character from my full length, unpublished novel INFINITUM. This is a short story that I wrote in order to develop the characters in my novel. If you have more questions about this, feel free to ask.
