In the small, shitty beach town just south of Los Santos, two teens sleep under the stars on the flat roofs of the apartment complexes littered around the streets. The two are best friends; they know everything about the other.

But then everything changes.

The two friends discover powers they never even thought existed outside of books, and it's their choice.
