Never Befriend a Ki Tang

Joviri was a kid who was tossed around in foster care. Then, one day at school, one of his best friends tries to kill him in the name of an ancient organization called the Ki Tang! A man named Silver Fang saves him and takes Joviri to a special government organization. It's called Deadfall and the American government is training everyone from young kids to middle aged adults so they can become assassins and kill horrible individuals. He discovers his parents were the best assassins Deadfall ever trained. Joviri also discovers a special magical power that gives him crazy abilities called, "Soulward." But who is the Ki Tang really?
