Ignorance is bliss...Ignorance is lack of empathy...ignorance is doing nothing...Ignorance is hateful. Janine lives a sheltered life where nothing else matters outside of her gated little world -where white and black don't mix. Ludwig, her best friend, seems to have no issue laughing and joking with Bongani. Her best friend had always been liberal and didn't take the rules of their society seriously. Enough was enough. This time it was going to get him into trouble. Black and white don't mix, simple as that. Janine wasn't going to let Ludwig break the status quo, then Blackie might think he is entitled to more in life. So Janine took it upon herself to put an end to Ludwig's foolishness before he faces consequences. It was the right thing to do as good friend. It wasn't going to be hard. The only problem was that his new 'blemish' acted as though he can't hear her. Little did it matter! The world had set it up that she would always succeed. All she had to do was say one word to the right person and he would cease to exist. Maybe he should have stayed on his part of the world. There were boundaries for a reason. It would teach him!
