The last thing Georgia Andrews expected to see when tagging along for a beach party was something remarkable.

But when an injured mermaid named Sagari washes up on the shores of her hometown, Georgia knows that she can't walk away. She offers her strange new friend a place to rest until they make a full recovery. Until then, they must work together to keep Sagari's identity a secret. Easier said than done, with curious friends and neighbours around every corner. However, Sagari warns of greater threats that may be drawn out from the sea because of her presence, putting the town at risk.
