Short version:
Siyoh is Sokka's awesome twin sister who travels a lot and falls in love with Zuko.

Long version:
Siyoh is Sokka's twin sister. As soon as she was old enough, Siyoh felt it was her responsibility as the oldest to search for their father. She traveled the world, studying and mastering every form of combat she came across. As time went on she realized she was not the right fit to be Chieftess of the Southern Water Tribe. Before returning home she meets a prince who is willing to offer her tribe immunity from the Fire Nation in exchange for her help in finding the Avater.
