Spanish authorities in Ceuta request Rainbow's help in dealing with a hostage situation and potential bomb threat at a hotel. It should be a routine operation... but a shocking discovery at the mission site shakes the entire Rainbow organization to its core, plummeting them into the shadows of Ceuta to unearth the secrets it hides.
