Description
In the past, Jane is not your typical high school student. She struggles to find happiness in a world that will not stop kicking her while she is down. The older she gets, the worse the bullying becomes. When the students no longer get a rush of adrenaline from spreading rumors, they start to harass her in unimaginable ways. While Jane is hanging off the edge and is about to give up entirely, Lucas Paterson shows up from the shadows to pick her back up. Although Lucas helps her back onto her two feet, there was no stopping Jane from falling head over heels for the senior who saved her. Now in the present, Jane is completely transformed. She walks taller, smile brighter and has more confidence than she ever has. Attending college in a completely new town gives her the opportunity for a fresh start, the one she had always dreamed about. Only thing holding her down is her heavy chest still grieving with the pain of leaving behind her first love. But when she is paired with Eddie in her class, she learns how to love again. Everything is perfect, until Lucas comes to town to give Jane unbelievable news that leaves Jane in a situation where must choice who she loves more. The man in her past or the man in her new world.
