A hasty departure leaves hearts broken and tears running.

Kiley needs to figure her identity out, whether she's a Holmes or a Hart. To determine that, she returns back to NewYork to slip into her old life, ready to start fresh, after she's determined her heart healed and she's moved on. Everything seems bright and doable, but there's one obstacle. The infamous Max Burns, who's had a taste of a broken heart for the first time, is back in her life as Mrs. Forrest's grandson. For Kiley's perfect plan of moving on, she needs to be rid of him and mend her heart.

But to Max, no hearts could be mended so easily.
