Drifter - Submitted by A. Davis

These are short pieces of prose, generally fiction, that are inspired by single word prompts. They can take interesting turns from what you might expect just seeing the word or they can delve into what you anticipated in various ways, sometimes glorious, sometimes gruesome.

I will try to create these without the benefit of any major editing or revision process, so some of them may be pretty raw.

Each piece will contain the single word that served as the prompt, who submitted it, and the piece itself.
