Being a foster child, I never knew what it was like to love someone as a parent. I mean, sure, I live at a house, have someone watching over me, but it will never be the same as a real parent. My dad left and never came back, and my mom died shortly after. After my eyes finally stayed dry, I began to write. I would write songs, poems, stories, almost anything. Just as long as I don't remember them. ====================================================================== Everyone is like a glass wall, we all begin to crack as our world falls apart. When we can no longer take anymore we shatter, leaving our pieces behind for others to see. Some can see our pieces as books or as something we were before we shattered. Others see it as our ashes. But no matter what we do, we all leave something behind, and sometimes its only a memory.
