Jesper Llewellyn Fahey, a farm boy sent to the city for school. Jesper on his first day happened to walk into a gamblers den in the Barrell, bad part of town, and got addicted to feeling the rush when the makkers wheel was spun. Jesper is also part of the dregs. A gang born from the ashes by Kaz brekker, jesper his loyal to Kaz and would do anything for him. but when he sees a ruddy haired, blue eyed, boy covered in freckles, his loyaltys might change a tad bit.
