Playing the guitar and writing music has always been like a safe haven for Ember until two years ago, when tragedy struck. Ember was never the same, she closed herself off, refused to pick up a guitar, or sing a note, and she went at life alone. With no one by her side, she fell deeper into a pit of depression and anxiety. Only having one dream, to play again. After two long years Ember is finding her way back to the life she loved, playing guitar, hiking mountains, living life to the fullest. But when Dawson comes into the picture will she be able to let him in? Will he be able to see the real her, and break her walls down? Or will her past consume her?
