the music of love

Kayti is in high school and is part of the marching band as saxophone section leader and drum major. Her life begins to twist when she finds she is in love with two older guys. One, second chair saxophone, Mike, and the other, former saxophone player, Mr. Lerkin who happens to be her band director also. She has to learn to trust one after being betrayed by the other. Are both men jealous of the other and fighting outside of school for her? She is too afraid to ask.
