Chapter One

Princess Elisabeta encounters one of the worst clans of the vampire race- the Ashanti. As she learns more about the evil clan and learns more of her own she breaks free from her evil mother's grasp after being pressured into marriage. The Ashanti vampire, whom she was warned of, becomes her friend after many, many violent fights. She soon learns things about herself that scare many. Will she run from them or will she embrace who she is? Does the Ashanti vampire become more than a friend? And who is the Queen of Darkness?
