We meet again Rival

Kikuchi Hikari a 2nd year College student that is ranked 2nd(eternally) in every subject and Contests....Why only 2nd? Because of her biggest rival....Hatake Kei...But she doesn't mind that... Because once Hikari sets her mind on something she makes sure she'll win....even though she's still 2nd...hahaha -_-"....Both of them are in a special class named.....I.A(Intelligent A).....SO WHAT I'M SAYING HERE IS WILL SHE FALL IN LOVE WITH HER RIVAL OR IS IT JUST AN IMAGINATION!!!
(And by the way she'll get cold hearted in the end of the freaking story!)
