In 1889, Britain was one of the most prosperous empires in the world. Because of this, it has drawn the attention of a Russian Nobel and Japanese commoner, both of which have travelled to the nation in order to start new lives.

Viktor, tired of his life in Russia, has moved to a British estate and hired an entire set of servants to take care of him, one of which is a young Japanese immigrant named Yuri who wants to explore the world outside his tiny island nation. For Viktor, meeting Yuri was love at first sight, but it's Victorian England and two men can't feel that way about each other.
