Description
There is a serial thief in London. The topic is constantly reappearing in the front-page newspaper headlines. However, they do not steal money or precious family heirlooms. They seek out information, and they are more than willing to share that information with anyone who is able to pay their hefty prices. It is a case unlike anything ever seen before. Nobody knows who the next target will be, the only pattern being that all the victims are people of great importance. Which is exactly why the queen herself wants this menace taken down. The police have tried for years to pin down the thief, but they have not made a bit of progress. Ciel Phantom hive, however, has made plans to change that....
