Chapter One ~ Did he Really Just say That?

Brexley Peterson is your average 16 year old girl. The occasional boyfriend, the coffee shop job, and the average school. Alex Ramirez is your stereotypical player. He is Mr. Popular and breaks a different girl's heart every week. Brexley witnesses his breakups since he does it the same every time. She becomes friends with his sister and slowly grows closer to him, but she tries to put a wall between them. She won't let herself be the damsel in distress nor let him know she has feelings for him. Will the wall only grow higher or shall it be knocked down by love?
