When suddenly the town mayor dies, they quickly find a new mayor with out doing all the back ground checks. all the rules start to change. Making the small town of Jacksonville a prison. They turn it into what you would call a perfect city. A utopia. Gabby and Finn try to put it all to a stop but will they succeed? Will they over take the mayor before the small town is no more? As time goes on it only gets stranger.
