Thing You Need To Know.

This story will be based off of an RP I've been doing with my friends for a while. the first page will go into back ground details on levels, abilities, skills and character background on my OC and my friends OC. In short it's an on the run story about people who were born with powers. These people are being chased down by a company owned by the millaray known and the FED. (Sounds intersting I know but bear with me. ) Members of the Fed are called hunters some of them may even have powers as well.
