Description
Reagan considers herself to be a fair and just daughter of Emma Austen, so when she's showed the dirty underside of werewolf communities, it's difficult to wrap her mind around it. Stray alpha wolves start to cause havoc around her father's town in Redborough, British Columbia, which prompts him to hire one of the council's reckless hunters with yet another bad reputation. Her father's hunter, Griffin, wraps Reagan up into the chaos of taking out the rogues before they cause significant damage-like alerting the entire world to the existence of werewolves. Their quirky rivalry spurs from spite for what is considered to be "right" in werewolf communities, and their friendship results from the secrets they have to keep from their work in subduing the rogue catastrophe- -because not many people can fathom lycanthropes in different species.
