Esterville, Illinois is one of the safest towns on the planet. Almost ninety-nine million people go there to buy clothes, read paperback novels, and drink coffee from warm cafes. But in spite of its quiet charm, many ghosts, vampires, and various monsters come here to roam across the murky floors of alleyways. As most Esterville citizens tend to look away from legends the only person who sees supernatural monsters, is a sixteen-year-old boy named Oliver Harper.
