From the Start

Larkin knows the feeling of being punched in the gut all too well. She had that same feeling two years ago, but this isn't a story about what happened back then, this is a story of what happens two years after that tragic day. Sure she'll never forget that day, but she doesn't need to nor does she want to. Larkin knows something that will help her get through life which is that, there are things that are beyond me and you. Some things are out of our control but life isn't about learning how to have complete and total control. It's about learning how to live with the things we have no control over. But when has that ever been easy?
