A story about Harley and Joker's daughter Lucy Quinn! It's not easy being the daughter of the King and Queen of Gotham city. People are afraid to upset her in case they upset her parents. As Lucy grows older she grows lonelier. And as for the kids who aren't afraid of her, some can be manipulative and mischievous. Some want to exploit her parents and get them arrested. The disappearance of her twin brother whom she knows nothing about, starts to unravel along with the pain she hides from her father. Will Lucy find anyone whom she can trust? Or will she stay alone? Along with that Lucy is also expected to carry on the family name: Joker. Will the stress prove to be too much?
