This wasn't the story you could tell kids to make them sleep better at night. This wasn''t the story that would inspire people. This wasn't a happy story nor was it a sad story. I wasn't Cinderella and he wasn't my Prince. This wasn't a fairy tale.

It was however my story. It was the story that I held near my heart for the longest time.
