After Aubrey's father is murdered, she falls into a deep depression. Until she finds a flyer at school for foreign exchange students, she thinks she will never escape. She will never move on with her life. She transfers to London, and discovers her foreign exchange home is with an unexpected family. And that's just the beginning. Along the way, she finds herself, the best friends she could ask for, and love. Love for life, others, and herself. Aubrey learns that she wasn't as grown up as she thought she was.
