Why is he always smiling even when he's sad?

Why does his eyes show an unknown emotion? As if they're in need of help? But he's perfectly fine.

Why is it that even when he's in crowd he feels alone?

He's never alone... yet, he's always alone....

Is it because of his messed up childhood or because he never really had any interest in anyone until he met her?

Did he, perhaps mistook his emotions for something he was never given as a child?

Whatever it was... He knew one thing,
He loved her with all of his heart and soul.
