Hallow City is not only a city,All the people are afraid to leave their houses and whenever they see a "RED Balloon"they run away they dont know why kids are dissapearing one by one each day.And one of them is Georgie,Georgie is a nice kid and cute.And then one day they figured out Pennywise The Dancing Killer Clown was the REASON why the kids are missing then 5 kids teamed up and tried to defeat and kill pennywise and each day,They come to the sewer to kill pennywise but they always Get Scared.
