Kira has to leave Beacon Hills cause her powers got to out of hand and she doesn't want to hurt anyone. So her mom and dad took her to Forks Washington to stay with their long time friend Charlie. He knows about Kira and her powers. Soon Bella comes to stay with Charlie and her and Kira become best friends.
