[ DISCONTINUED STORY ] annabeth chase and percy jackson have been neighbors in their luxury houses in new york city since they were just 8 years old. they were deemed enemies ever since they were young. but when they turn 19 years old and are both ready to move out, they are surprised with the unexpected. they happen to move into the same apartment building. but it doesn't stop there. they just so happen to be neighbors.
