Set after the manga (don't worry it still makes sense even if you haven't read it yet, but there are possibly a few spoilers).
Alex Cross is a Second year at Chesterton Academy who had a pretty ordinary life, apart from constantly being mistaken for a guy. That all changed when a group of exchange student arrived to study at her school, and start a Host Club! Having to lead a double life is difficult, more so when your second life is a person of the opposite gender!
